I was just hanging around with my kid in public places and was very keen to know how people communicate with each other, off course face to face, sharing about their personal experiences on getting good service.

As a customer we always complain about the poor customer service but indirectly brings on ourselves.

I believe in delivering high customer care service rather than making an excuses for bad service. I know why or rather understand why many seller do react that way.   1. Smile: Always be an optimist, It will be much easier for a seller to smile if you approach them with a smiling and friendly face. If you'll be pessimist then you will usually get a poor service. Always keep in mind that the seller wants to carry on his business for ages and for that he will always try to provide the better service hence sometimes things might go wrong, its not his wish.
  2. Maintain a good relationship with the seller. Its not just their duty to converse with you, but you may also start a conversation by praising about anything he is aware of.
  3. Never put the seller on the defensive side as their reaction will be offensive as per the current scenario. Never think that you are always right and underestimate them. Try to negotiate with them if you are in need rather than shouting.
  4. Always say in an even tone which has to be without drama (blaming) in instances where you would like to return the product which doesn't work.
  5. Do not exaggerate much as person who is taking the complain will not believe you.
  6. Responsible: Be responsible by taking down the name of the person whom you spoke to, when and the resolution provided, if you actually want to dispute on an invoice or correcting an error.
  7. Listen: Do probe – as fact is that you'll always get a best resolution if you are a genuine or better customer.
Serving better is my goal and will like to convert all the medium level customer service into the best customer service but for that would like everyone to be a better customer. Be an ideal customer so that even the seller will always admire about you and provide the best service to its customers.
